What Is Self Esteem?
Contrary to what a lot of people believe, developing self esteem is not so tough. It only requires you to follow certain things in your daily life. For instance, do not be too critical of yourself. Learn from your mistakes and move on. Secondly, be surrounded by positivity. Talk to yourself regularly. Congratulate yourself when you succeed in your pursuits. Do not compare yourself to others. Remember that each person has been blessed with something special and you just need to tap your strengths. Make a list of your qualities and remind yourself of them everyday.
As Buddha puts it, “All that we are is the result of what we have thought.” So always think positively of yourself and watch wonders happen in your life.
