4. Do small exercises

You need not do anything that brings the attention of others towards you, but you can do small stretching exercises or a bit of yoga if you have the privacy and the space needed to do it. Stretch your body and let it relax for a while.

5. Cut down on the coffee

Most people who spend too much time at the workplace are addicted to coffee. They do it for the instant energy that caffeine gives them and also to ward off sleep. Caffeine addiction can become a really unhealthy addiction and if you want to stay healthy at work, you need to cut down on the caffeine.

6. Take a break from the monitor

Your eyes reflect the state of your health. Take adequate breaks and stop looking at the monitor for a while. Do not rub your eyes and if you can splash some water on them to cool them down.

If you eat healthy, take regular breaks and come up with exercises that you can do in a limited space, you should be good with your health. If you are watching your weight carefully, you need to cut down on the snacking too.
