7 Ways to Say No
5. Say that you won’t be able to do justice
Of the best ways to say no to someone who repeatedly asks you for a favor is to show them the flip side of coercing you. Explain the way in which you will actually spoil a task and not be able to give justice to it because of your other commitments. You can use this way of saying no when you want to get out of sticky situations at work.
6. Say that you would love to help next time
You can end your refusal on a positive and a cheery note by saying that you would love to help next time. This will give your friend or colleague a sense that you are genuinely occupied this time around.
7. Health issues
If you say no to someone under the pretext of ill health, you are not likely to be cross questioned because this is a sensitive topic which is extremely personal. So if you want to stick to a white lie and say no, the safest way to go about it is to give a health related excuse.
