4. Make friends
If your office is huge and you have many employees whom you know only on a hi-hello basis, then interact and get to know them better. Make a new friend at the workplace and you never know, these new friends could be the reason for your interesting breaks thereon.
5. Pursue your hobby or interest
Just because you work full time doesn’t mean you turn a blind eye to or give up your passions and hobbies. You can probably bring a book to read, your ongoing knitting project, exercise a bit, practice your singing in a quiet corner, or do anything that you like to.
6. Take a power nap or meditate
They are called power naps for a reason. Taking a short nap of say 15-20 minutes helps the body re-energize and refresh so that the work you do post break is done with renewed vigor. You could also catch a quite corner of the office to meditate and calm your nerves.
