Pick up some sexy lingerie, buy a new perfume, get a sexy haircut, etc. Just pamper yourself and go back to your smoking self. Remember, it is all about the attitude!

5. Give yourself time

You have to be patient with yourself when it comes to loving your body after the baby. Do not pressurize yourself to get into the right shape at the earliest. Know that if you follow a healthy and an active lifestyle, your body will slowly but surely lose the extra pounds. You have to give it time and just focus on following a healthy lifestyle.

6. Ditch the comparisons

One of the biggest mistakes that new moms make is that they keep comparing their body weights with other new moms or worse, they compare themselves to celeb moms! It would do you a world of good if you stay away from tabloids and not compare yourself to celebrities who are paid to look good. Such comparisons are unfair and it will only bring more stress into your life.
