4. Do different types of exercises
Make a workout schedule and include different types of exercises in it. For instance, you can include low-impact aerobics, walking, cycling, running on a treadmill and yoga in your schedule. Include these exercises in your 30-45 minutes schedule and gradually increase the time. You can take it to 1 or 1.5 hours per day.

You must replace beer, wine and soda with water. You can go for flavored water if you don’t like the way water tastes naturally. Cans of Coke, Pepsi, soda etc. cause people to gain many pounds. Even too much coffee, tea and milk having sugar can do the same thing to your body. It is important to cut the coffee intake down to two or three cups a day.
