Choose colors that flatter your skin tone and colors that really would not hurt someone else’s eye. Also choose colors depending on the lighting in your office. Offices are lighted up throughout the day and the color which looks normal to you outside may look different inside the office.

When in doubt, follow the crowd. Sometimes it helps not to stick out in the crowd. Stick with what the majority in the office wears. You do not have to break your head this way over what is appropriate to wear.
