If you go totally unprepared you are definitely ruining your chances of getting the job. Read up on the subject matter before hand so your basics are clear. If you are good at improvising confidently, you might escape the situation but in most cases expressions on the face can reveal your lack of knowledge.
6. Do not lie
Under any circumstances do not lie to the interviewer. If you do not know the answer to a particular question say, “I am sorry, but I am not aware about this.” If you are caught lying, you will most certainly not get the job.
