4. Get active

A lazy body houses a lazy mind. Avoid studying in too lousy a position, especially if you do not find it very interesting. Start running or jogging, or just go out for a walk for a couple of minutes, and you will feel active throughout the day.

Coffee in moderation helps in being alert, hence helps concentration. But a lot of it does the exact opposite. Avoid fried foods, sugary foods, and foods with a lot of salt.
