And if you didn’t know, Nas performed this song at the MTV Rap memorial in 2005, and at the VH1 Hip Hop Honors as a tribute to the rap legend. R.I.P 2Pac.

2. N.W.A – F*** tha Police

We don’t know what to call this one, because it was never an ‘official single’. It was a ‘protest song’ in the album ‘Straight Outta Crompton’ released by N.W.A in 1988. It was played continuously for 2 days on a radio station during street protests in Belgrade, Serbia in 1996. Did you know, many top rap artists including Kayne West, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Lil Boosie have done their own versions of this anthem?
