Emotional outburst is a condition when a person suddenly feels extremely filled up by some emotions. Outburst might occur from a huge happening or even by a trivial event. When a person becomes too much happy, sad, furious or frightened by something and finds himself/herself unable to control these emotions, then this is considered to be an emotional outburst.
