6. Write
Open your laptop and start typing. Write it all out, why are you angry, who is making you so mad, dish it out. After 5 minutes, your anger would be gone. Make sure you delete the file afterwards.

Keep your favorite snack handy. When angry, rip off the wrapper and stuff it in. Delight of taste will help you deal with your anger.
8. Meditate
Every morning, spend 5 minutes concentrating on happy thoughts, and reflect upon how everything is just the way it is supposed to be.
9. Fix your diet
If your body is well fed, well rested, and taken care of, you will find it easy to deal with anger.
10. Penalize
Every time you lose it and cannot overcome anger, penalize yourself by putting 5 dollars in your “anger” jar! Afterwards, donate all that money to an orphanage. When you see your money going out, you will realize the worth of your anger and eventually you’ll be in control.
