4. Limit your binging to healthy snack
If you really feel like binging, have a fruit or keep a stack of low calorie snacks like baked products which if had in moderation will not cause any weight gain or any guilt. Binging on right food is also important!
5. Eat a balanced meal
Have your three meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner at the right time and proportion. Skipping will only make you binge.
6. Sleep on time!
Don’t stay up late in the night- it’s a peak time for binging. You will need to put something solid and tasty in your system. There shouldn’t be a long gap after your dinner. It will help you avoid unnecessary eating.
