6. Avoid stress

Stress, tension and anxiety are major energy suckers. They make you feel exhausted. Throughout the day, take breaks, ponder upon positive thoughts and meditate on a regular basis to avoid stress.

7. Get some fresh air

You mostly feel exhausted, tired and powerless when you sit or work in a stuffy or congested room where there is no fresh air. Take regular breaks and go out. If that is not possible, just open a window to breathe in fresh air.

8. Don’t put the alarm clock on snooze

You must wake up when the alarm buzzes for the first time. Putting it on snooze over and over don’t does any good only makes you feel lethargic all day.
