They have too broad a smile. You always see them hiding behind a sugar coated facade and talking to people in a very diplomatic manner. They give the impression that they are warm and approachable.

When you question them or accuse them of having done something wrong, they might throw the ball in your court and make you appear as the responsible person. It’s difficult to accuse such people without falling in the trap.
