1. Braid your hair

a. Wash your hair with a good shampoo and conditioner.
b. Do not blow-dry your hair. Instead use a towel to get rid of excess water from your hair. The hair must be slightly damp for this technique to work!
c. Apply some leave-in serum or conditioner in your hair and comb it. You could also use curl-enhancing gel in moderate quantity on your hair. The serum/gel must be evenly spread out in your hair.
d. Braid your hair. If you want large curls, braid your hair loose and with big braids. If you want frizzy and small curls, tighten the braid to the maximum possible level. Sleep in your braid.
e. Do not blow dry or iron your hair the next day. Simply open the braid, and apply some hair spray if you need.
