4. Stay in the sun light

Once you have reached your destination, unless it is night time or the weather is not so good, try staying in the sun light. If you have reached your hotel or your friend’s abode, open the curtains of the windows and let sun light enter your room. Sun light works wonderfully on the body clock. You will be able to adjust soon to the new time zone. Even when you exercise, do it in sunlight.

5. Avoid sleeping once you reach your destination

Unless it is night time, avoid sleeping if you reach in the morning or afternoon hours. Try to stay awake by talking, taking a shower, or just sitting and adjusting to your new room. Avoid sleeping on your original time. This will get you out of jet lag sooner.

6. Opt for over night flights for long tours

Suppose you don’t have to go to just one place, and need to cover two or three different places in about a month. Don’t stress yourself. Take overnight journeys so that you can sleep well and feel fresh once you reach. This will help you to get less tired if your second destination also has a different time zone.
