4. Paint your nails with the right color
The color of the polish that you choose depends on the color of your hand. Light metallic colors look amazing on darker hands while dark bright colors look good on light colored hands. However there is no hard and fast rule about it. Experimenting with different colors is fun and so is adding embellishments like glitter.
5. Seal the polish
Chipped nail polish is a very unattractive sight and this can be avoided by applying a top coat after applying the polish. After spending so much time on filing and polishing, it is a really bad option to leave out the sealing since sealing will keep the nail polish from chipping.
