You must ensure that you speak about your enthusiasm for the job profile being offered. You must give them relevant examples and show them that you really are interested in working for the organization. Keep in mind that a proactive and positive attitude is always respected than a laid back one.

7. Your career goals

You must tell them why you want to work for the company. Talk about how the organization will help you grow as far as your career is concerned. Convince the interviewer that it is going to be a mutually beneficial enterprise, and you will most certainly be considered for the position being offered.
