Sometimes your exercising can take over your conversations too, where all you can talk about is how exercise has changed you also start lecturing people on the benefits of exercising. You not only talk constantly about it but you also take it to annoying levels that people might want to avoid you.
5. You spend a lot of time in front of the mirror admiring your body
Over exercising can make you a narcissist and force you to keep looking at and admiring your body. If you are constantly looking at yourself or checking out your body, it means you are overdoing it. If you are fit, healthy and happy and exercise contributes to it, you should stick with it and not let it take over your life.
It is better to modify your exercise routine or stop exercising for a while once you see the signs clearly as overdoing anything cannot be good for you.
