4. You feel cold all the time
If the air-conditioner at a reasonable temperature is making you feel cold even in peak summers, or if you want to switch it off when your colleagues or friends are sweating and complaining of heat, then chances are that you are low on fat. The fat in our body is supposed to provide natural warmth to us, and unless you are low on it, there is no reason for you to feel cold and uncomfortable in summers. It could also indicate that you are becoming weak.
5. Your body is paining
This is more specifically relating to the joints in your body. They could be paining for various reasons, ranging from injuries to arthritis. However, lack of fat in the body can make conditions worse. This is because fat can help in recovering wounds and joint repairs, but the lack of it can cause problems in the body.
Lack of fat in the body also makes you physically weaker. While you may want to reduce weight and may be working out in the gym religiously for that, you may not be realizing that there is a certain amount of energy that your body needs even to do that. Hence, a regular intake of healthy, high-fat, but low-carb foods is vital, which can come in from sources like nuts, meats, Olive Oil etc.
Fats are not something that you should be scared of. All you need to do is take them in moderation. You just need to strike the balance and consume the right amount of fats that aid in your body’s proper growth and development and don’t make you sluggish and weak or obese.
