4. Be careful with the oil and salt
Any oil can be bad for you, including olive oil when you cook it the wrong way or you add large quantities of it in your food. If you can, try not to deep fry your foods, you can stir fry them with a little oil instead and can make it tasty too. And add salt just for the taste and keep it to a minimum.

There are some bacteria and viruses that are found in meat and vegetables that can find their way into your plate and your body causing some serious diseases. Most of this can be stopped if you clean your meat and vegetables thoroughly before you cook them. Adding a little bit of salt while washing lettuce, grapes and meat can save you a lot of trouble later on.
6. Cook in low flame and do not burn your food
You may have developed a taste to slightly burnt food, that is a carcinogen that is very unhealthy for you. Cook in a low flame so you do not end up burning your food.
