1. UTI or Urinary Tract Infection
Urinary Tract Infection happens when bacteria enter the bladder through the urethra. An infection can occur due to a lot of reasons. It could be because of diabetes, use of excessive antibiotics, sexually transmitted diseases, a surgery or even dirty clothes and water. In this case, not only will you experience frequent urination but urinating will also prove to be a painful exercise. 2. Overactive bladder
An overactive bladder is another reason for frequent urination. An overactive bladder can be the result of weak pelvic muscles, nerve damage, being overweight and lack of estrogen (common after menopause).
