4 Indoor Activities for Kids on a Snow Day
3. Video games
Get them most of their video games and you can do whatever you want freely with very les disturbance from them. The only time you will be called in would be when one of them keeps losing constantly and has a complaint to make. Otherwise kids can be engrossed in video games for hours and would not even like to take a few short brakes to eat or go to the rest room. It is not one of the greatest activities, but it is one of the most efficient and keeps them rooted in one place.
4. Movie marathon
If there is a series of movies that they like, get all the movies in that series and you can easily keep them occupied throughout the day. Get them all warmed up with quilts and things to eat and they won’t be calling out for you for a long time.
If the kids are really young, you can read them stories or give them some coloring pens and a piece of paper. With other kids, you can ask them for their help in cleaning up the attic or the room. This is not so popular with kids, but it might work if they really do not have anything to do.
