How To Make French Toast?
Steps to be followed to make the French toast –
1. Break the egg and take off the yellow yolk and pour the white yolk into a wide vessel
2. Add equal amounts of milk as that of white yolk
3. Add sugar to taste
4. Add any essence (for better taste, add vanilla essence) or cardamom
5. Beat the mixture well and keep it aside
6. Take bread slices (preferably old ones as they won’t be very soft) and dip the bread slices in the egg-milk mixture
7. Take a pan and grease it with butter or oil (make sure you use refined oil, in case you use oil)
8. Heat the pan and shallow fry the dipped bread until both the sides of the bread turn brown
Your French toast is ready and can be served hot immediately or served after cooling it for some time.
