  • To lose more weight after childbirth, you may start working out. But, again, do not begin it too soon. Give yourself at least two months to recover after pregnancy and labor. Start with easy exercises. Do not force yourself to perform heavy exercises.
  • Do not set unrealistic goals. Of course, you see those celebrities gaining back their normal bodyweight in a matter of weeks after pregnancy. But, being healthy is much more important than that. Eat healthy, have an active lifestyle and start your workout slowly. Take special care of your belly muscles. Check them up before you start working out. Lay down and palpate your belly muscles to see if there are any spaces between them. This means they are too stretched up for workout. So, avoid exercises until they are back to normal.
