6. Eat well
Unhealthy diet plan can also increase stress in the body. Eat well, have a diet that is full of vitamins and minerals. An ideal diet should contain two servings of fruits and veggies each. Have lots of juices to flush out unwanted toxins from your body. Don’t forget to include green tea in your diet plan to reduce stress.
7. Sleep well
Your body requires at least eight hours of sleep to recharge itself. Are you sleeping enough? Well, if you are not, then chances are you will remain stressed out the whole day. If you have problems while sleeping, listen to music or read a book. Proper sleep will help you to remain stress free.
8. Stay happy
