How to Deal With a Creepy Roommate
4. Keep belongings safe
There are some roommates who have a tendency of going through your personal stuff, such as diaries, clothes, gadgets etc. If you know that there is something really personal for you, make sure you hide it or keep it in a safe or a locked cupboard. You might also want to put passwords on your phone or laptop and other gadgets.
5. Change the roommate
When all else fails, either force her to move out of the house, or you make the move yourself. When in college or when struggling with your first job, there is already too much pressure on your head to deal with. You don’t want the stress of a creepy roommate to be added on top of that, only to make your life more miserable. So make the bold move and sort out your living situation for good.
You must also understand that some roommates just give the impression of being creepy and weird in the beginning, but once you actually get to know them better, they turn out to be sweethearts. So take your time to understand and know the person better. If you genuinely feel that the person is creepy and is making your life difficult, save yourself from future troubles with the tips mentioned here. Good luck!
