6. Know about the mood
Keeping the mood into account is also very important. You can’t really go and compliment your boss when he or she is in a very bad mood. In that case, you will get to pay for it for sure. Always choose to compliment when your boss’s mood is good or in a happy state. That will make your day as well.
7. Do it quite often
Compliment your boss as often as you can. That may well create a good impression. Don’t think much before you speak, if your effort is genuine and honest, then your boss may well understand you. What’s more, your boss may also promote you for this. But, this is not so easy. Till then, keep complimenting and do your best you can.
