You can’t dig out good things out of them. Yes, it is possible. But, there is always a silver lining. Hitler for example. He might have been the worst person ever but what about his oratory skills? Leadership qualities? Deal with people diplomatically and you will see the light at the end of the tunnel.
5. Appreciate
It is important that you always thank a person for what they do or might do for you. She/he may not consciously know that they’ve been good to you. Thank nevertheless. When they see that you’re grateful to them, they’ll be a little more considerate in their ways towards you, and others. You might just help them get rid of the bad aspects about them.
People aren’t angels to be good always. There is always something to learn from every person in this world. As mentioned earlier, there is always a silver lining. So, try to see the good in people and learn from them.
