10 Home Remedies for Heat Rash

1. Have an oatmeal bath
While having bath, add some oatmeal powder in the water. It has been said that oatmeal is one of the most effective remedies for heat rashes.
2. Apply margosa paste
Margosa leaves have antibacterial properties that help in healing wounds and infections. Take some margosa leaves and make a paste by grinding them with water. Apply this paste on the infected area and see amazing results.
3. Apply Aloe Vera
For instant relief from heat rashes and constant itching, apply Aloe Vera gel. Aloe Vera comes with excellent healing properties and gives an instant cooling effect too.
4. Place ice pack
It is very important to keep your skin cool, when affected by heat rashes. The best way to do that is to place an ice pack on the affected area for duration of 10 minutes. This helps to prevent the rashes from spreading further.
5. Apply cornstarch paste
Take some cornstarch and mix it well with water to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on the rashes and allow it to dry for half an hour. Later, have a cold-water bath for instant relief.
