He might disappear for a long time or a few hours and not have a satisfactory answer when you ask him where he had been. He could also ask you not to call his friends for fear of you finding out. If one of his friends is in on his secret, you will find that his friend is trying to avoid you as much as possible for fear of getting caught.
5. You will find receipts for gift or flowers that you had not received
Sometimes guys can be stupid or plain lazy to throw away the receipts. If you find any receipts for such things and know it was not for his mother or sister, it could possibly be for another woman. It could mean that he is trying to woo someone else behind your back.
