Many people underestimate the power of the humble sunscreen. So many times, we believe that stepping out in the sun for a few hours is not going to cause any harm to our skin. Many people also believe that as long as they are sitting inside their car and driving to work, they are protected from the sun. However, all of these are wrong beliefs. 7. Not removing make up before bed
While applying too much make up is already bad, what is worse is not removing the make up and cleaning your face before going to bed. Your skin needs to be clean and fresh at night for it to be able to breathe properly. The pores need to get fresh oxygen for the skin cells to have proper growth and development. When you don’t remove make up before bed, you are depriving your skin of healthy growth, which eventually causes acne and other kinds of skin problems.
