Try and avoid dietary supplements (unless medically prescribed) during exams because they are not the same thing as the real food. All you nutrient requirements can be met by the foods that you eat and you do not need pills to do the job that ordinary food can do. Also, they provide you with other nutrients and minerals which provide your body with added benefits.
7. Drink plenty of water
During exams, it is of utmost importance that you stay hydrated at all times. Drink plenty of water during the day. You may also go for coconut water, glucose water, fresh fruit juices and green tea, which is rich in antioxidants.
