3. Alcohol and being overweight after your menopause is also a reason for the increase in breast cancer risks
Too much alcohol over a period of many years is also a cause for breast cancer in many women. Since after menopause the body produces a lot of estrogen, the cancer risk increases and being overweight just adds to it.
