4. Arch your back and sit on the chair with folded legs
In this exercise you will be mimicking a yoga pose. This posture is good for your legs as well as your back. Sitting straight not only improves your posture but also prevents you from slouching in front of the computer. Regular moving of the legs while folding and unfolding also makes sure there is good blood supply to your legs.
5. Raise your arms and hold them behind your head for a few seconds
This exercise might get you some attention from other people, but it is really good for your arms and shoulder muscles. You can literally feel your shoulders ease up and relax when you do it after you had been bent over the computer for a while.
