4. Sumo dead lift

You may think that it is not a very womanly or girly thing to do. But it is one of the best exercises you must and should do. It is like any other dead lift, but you do this with your legs spread out and planted firmly on the ground. It strengthens your spine and also makes you very strong. It gives you an ego boost just thinking about the ease with which you can lift things.

5. Stomach crunches

Another great exercise you can do is the stomach crunch. When you do this every day, you are left with beautiful hips and a very flat stomach. You do not really have to huff and puff while wearing your favorite jeans anymore.

Every girl knows her body well. She knows her best angles and also her flaws. Work on where you think your body needs more exercise. But again do not concentrate on one particular area and let go of the rest.
