4. Take it easy

Don’t let it all go to your head – the responsibilities, the duties, and the workload. Just take it one at a time, and focus on whatever it is that you are doing, and you will be set. Take it easy, and avoid stress. Practice yoga or meditation to develop a calmer you.

5. Spare time for hobbies

Do not let go of your hobbies. When under so much pressure, your passion becomes a way for you to release it all. Be it singing, dancing, painting, cooking, boxing! Sign up for a class, and make it a no stress zone.

It is hard to lead a double life of working and studying; it is a lot of responsibilities, and a lot of information to be absorbed and applied. But there is nothing that perseverance, hard work, and faith cannot accomplish!
