4 Dangers Bounce Houses Pose to Children
3. Suffocation
An adult must always be around to supervise the kids when they are playing in a bounce house. The number of kids who are atop a bounce house should also be closely monitored as too many kids can always result in one or two kids getting injured. Especially when there are small kids with a few big ones around, there are chances that the small ones can get suffocated. Always make sure there is a lot of space for everyone in a bounce house and there aren’t too many kids in at the same time.
4. Falling off or jumping out
A lot of times, kids treat a bounce house like a trampoline and end up falling out or jumping out of the bounce house. Depending on how high the bounce house is and how hard the surface they are landing on the injuries can vary. Twisting of the leg and the ankle is also another common complaint and danger that the bounce house poses.
You do not want a party to have a sad ending, so make sure you take adequate safety measures when you rent a bounce house and make sure there is also no chance of it bursting or getting a leak. Kids should leave their shoes behind and not let to carry anything sharp inside. Always keep an eye on the kids.
