5 Signs You are a Job Hopper
Job satisfaction is very difficult to obtain. Sometimes you begin working because you need to make quick bucks, you are plagued by personal problems or because you don’t have enough money to study. And moving out, having to pay your own rent comes with the responsibility of taking up a job. That is the only way you can survive. However, some people find it difficult to stick their feet in one job. They keep finding ways to get out and change jobs. Here are 5 signs that indicate you are a job hopper.
1. You only complain about your work
When you meet your peers or family, all you do is complain and grumble about your present job and say how you are being victimized in your workplace. You have nothing positive to say about your boss, work atmosphere, colleagues or even the pay.
2. You are not sure of what you want to do or where your interests lie
You might have taken up a job and few months down the line, you start to question if this is what you really want to do. Can you think of doing something different? You are confused about where you are heading and what will make you most happy.
3. You feel depressed when you come from work and think of quitting
You feel most depressed when you are at work or you come back. You feel so upset that you just want to quit. This feeling comes to everyone once in a while, but if it’s happening very often, you need to analyze the situation.
