4 Ways to Increase Calorie Intake
Everyone talks about how to shed off the excess pounds and get rid of the extra inches, here are few easy tips for those chick and skinny girls who want to gain some weight. These tips are also useful for anorexic girls.
1. Balanced Eating
Well for starters all you skinny girls can afford to binge on high calorie food like nuts, yogurt, chocolate, cheese etc. You can add olive oil and mayonnaise as dressing to your salad to increase the calorie count. Living on junk food is also an option but make sure you don’t overdo the junk stuff as it may lead to ill health.
2. Increased Number of Meals
In most cases due to heavy load of work or in an effort to look slim, many girls skip out on meals. This is a complete no no. In order to increase the calorie intake, make sure you have at least 3 meals in a day. In between snacks is a bonus. Gradually try and get your stomach use to eating more.
