5 Tips to Handle an Unhappy Client
We all have encountered them at one point in our lives, and we all wish we never have to face another one – the unhappy client. The extent to which they can go to taunt us, the new ways they find to torture us, the faces, and the innuendos – it can get a lot to handle. Here are a few tips to handle an unhappy client.
1. Smile
Use your gorgeous smile to your advantage. A smiling face radiates positivity. No matter how harsh the client appears to be, talk to them with concern, and try to smile as much as possible, but make it genuine.
2. Make them feel like family
While handling an unhappy client make, them feel like you care, and very much so. Make them feel like you understand, and at your end you are doing everything you can to fix things up. Make them feel like family!
3. Offer freebies
While addressing the problem of the unhappy client, if you find that indeed your company was at fault, throw in some compensation; a sort of free gift to make up for all the stress. Make sure you are generous about it and do not make it seem like you are doing it as a favor!
