Smoking equals premature aging since it causes wrinkles and makes skin dry. Alcohol dehydrates skin and renders it dull. Do not touch your face too often since you may deliver bacteria from fingertips directly to your face and end up causing breakouts.
Use the right kind of products. It is good to wash your face but do not overdo it and strip your facial skin of essential oils and moisture. If your routine demands travel and to be out in the sun, choose an effective sun block to keep harmful rays of the sun away from your skin. However, do not deprive yourself completely because you will lose out on Vitamin D and the sun is an excellent source of this vitamin. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and to allow your skin to breathe freely. Sleep the required number of hours everyday and stay away from burning midnight oil for as many times as possible.
