6. Do not over work
Working late once in a while is OK. Do not make this a habit though. Working only during the defined hours gives you enough time, both for personal and professional life.
7. Look away from the screen
90% of the work happens on computers. As a result, most of us are found staring at the bright screen all day long. Make a conscious effort to look away from time to time. This will give your eyes much needed relief and rest.
8. Let your colleagues be
It is quiet natural that you will not get along with every person in your office. Do not interfere much with them or try to change them. Let them be or else it might lead to unnecessary friction.
9. Talk about other things
Do not discuss work all the time. Talk about general stuff, friends, family etc. to take your mind off before you resume work after a break.
