1. Apple, carrot and celery juice

Take 2 or 3 apples, 2 carrots, 2 celery sticks and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Now peel the carrots and cut them in pieces. Core the apples and wash all the items in running water. Now put the apples, carrots and celery in a mixer and add lemon juice. Once all the items are blended properly, you can pour their juice in a glass and add some ice. This is a low calorie and refreshing juice.

2. Carrot, beetroot, celery, apple and cucumber juice

Take 4 to 5 carrots, half a beetroot, 1 celery, 1 apple and half a cucumber. Wash all these items and peel them. Now chop them or blend them in a juicer. Add a little ginger to make your juice a little spicier.

3. Grapefruit and orange juice

Take 1 grapefruit and 3 oranges. Use a good citric fruit juicer for your oranges and grapefruit. Mix these two juices, add some ice and take a sip of good health. High in vitamin C, this juice helps you lose weight. It also makes your skin healthier and younger.

4. Vegetable juice

Take 2 or 3 carrots, 2 celery, 2 beets, 3 kale leaves, half a cabbage, half an onion, a little parsley, 2 or 3 garlic cloves, 1 turnip and half spinach bunch. Wash all these items in running water and boil them. You can enjoy this juice when it cools off. This is a healthy juice which detoxifies your body. You can also have it as a soup. You can add some spices to it and serve it hot.

5. Carrot and beet juice

Take 7 to 8 carrots and one peeled and half boiled beetroot. Take 4 leaves of lettuce and blend all these items together.
