6. Baked & Fat Free Chips

It does sound scrumptious especially since we’re all in love with munching chips; it tops the junk food chart. But a pseudo form of potato chips might not be all the more healthy since it certainly would lack some important nutrients and rather contain other chemical sedatives. Sodium would be one such composite which these baked chips would contain even if they’re low on calories which again is not always efficient.

7. Chicken Sausage

We all love our proteins and what’s better than the customary sausage pan fried and served. Being processed lowers its fat content, but contains more sodium & other mineral salts in it. You’ll want to consume these on a regular basis thinking its lean. However, white meat never is as healthy as red, and after refining, loses most of its nutrients.

8. Snack Mixes

Commercially produced items can contain lesser amount of nutrients than natural fruits and vegetables. You might be too lazy to cook something up but you can’t completely depend upon printed information. These mixes might just contain some hydrocarbons or some chemical product which is harmful for your body.

9. Breakfast Cereals

Not every cereal box will contain what’s labeled on as contents. Truth is that carbohydrates can be taken through different sources hence it’s better to sometimes avoid ‘wholegrain cereals’ off the list. Wheat might be,however not all your sugars and requisite carbohydrates might be present in them. Your body needs a certain amount and probably that won’t suffice.
