4. Bananas

5. Seafood

Including sea food in your regular diet can do wonders for your waist. Sea food contains mono saturated fat which is a good fat. It does not get stored in the body. Fish is an excellent source of protein. It contains omega 3 which is beneficial for glowing skin and lustrous hair.
