5. Munch on snacks

This is another good way to stay awake at work. The minute you feel sleepy, just start munching on some snacks or food. Include healthy snacks like crackers and bars. Having an energy drink or a cup of coffee can surely help you to stay awake at work.

6. Start playing a game

If you feel drowsy while working, simply start playing a game on your laptop or computer. You heard it right; this will immediately divert your mind. When you start playing a game, your interest level will rise, this will keep you awake at work.

7. Practice breathing
