Arrogant bosses can lie to make themselves look bigger. They might tell you that they didn’t ask you to do a specific job despite of knowing that they really did. Your arrogant boss might have superiors who he wants to keep happy. So, he will think of you as an easy target. Try and jot things down right in front of him when he tells you to do something. This will help you to show him the time and task he gave you. This idea can help you escape all the lying.
