Having a healthy bowel movement is a great sign of a healthy body. In case you constantly find yourself being troubled by constipation, then your body is at risk of getting affected by all the toxin build up. Do not take this sign lightly and seek help. You need to have a healthy bowel movement in order to have a healthy body.

8. Tendency to catch cold and flu

If you often find yourself catching the common cold or the flu, then this could mean that your immune system is not working as it should. As a healthy individual, your body should be able to fight off such viruses and bacteria. However, if you are frequently catching the cold, then you should go to a doctor and get a check-up done.
